- 10+ yrs experience in software engineering including 2+ yr experience as a manager; you have had senior level experience in at least one relevant technology area.

- You have successfully managed architectural and process change in a team and within a department before.
- You have a broad understanding of software engineering principles and technologies.
- You feel an urge to deliver value to our customers as much as you enjoy supporting other teams and you have a strong understanding of agile principles.
- You feel comfortable building a strong team in a hybrid or remote environment.
